Helping Those Who Need It Most

Our Relief Program Aids Those Living In Poverty

Hands Holding a Globe

Our nonprofit organization helps people living in poverty or dealing with disabilities to effectively integrate with society. We work with the community to make these people feel accepted, allowing them equal opportunities.

Creating Awareness
Awarding Ceremony

We help people with disabilities by reducing the stigma attached to those with impairments. Our organization also teaches disadvantaged groups how to effectively navigate through society, as well as feel good about themselves.

About Us

Center for Peace and Development Effectiveness, based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a nonprofit organization that promotes peace and sustainable development in this community. The concept for this organization was not just about providing the assistance that the people needed, but also proving the right type of assistance in our relief programs. We are members of the National Civil Society of Liberia, as well as the United Nations Global Compact.

The founder of Center for Peace and Development Effectiveness has spent most of his time in Liberia working with populations that have experienced war. During our time in Liberia, we recognized an urgent need to address the dire situations of the people suffering from starvation, as well as the stress of poverty.

When we came to the United States, we saw that there were many people suffering here as well. In 2012, we started to put in place programs to help those who need it most. Our team is excited to be able to enrich the lives of so many in the places that mean the most to us.

Mission Statement

To promote security, peace and rights-based government acts in international and government levels.
